Q. Do I have to make payments during Construction?  
A.  NO.  A reserve account is established to cover the
costs of the loan during the construction phase. This
gives you the peace of mind to stay in your current home
while building, without covering two house payments.

A.  There are a variety of loans to choose from.

Q. How Much Can I Borrow?
A. We can secure up to 100% financing.  It just depends on your circumstances, the program
and lender requirements. Lenders will consider your credit, income, savings or reserves, as
well as whether or not you own the land.  

Q. Can I Use the Loan to Add on or Remodel?  
A. Absolutely! This loan is designed to cover all aspects of construction. If you have the
dream, we can get you the money.

Q. Am I Required to Hire a Contractor?
A. While it is strongly encouraged we do offer an Owner Builder option.
The task of building a home is huge, if you do not hire a contractor
lenders will want to know there is some experience going into the project.

Q. What if I own the land?
A. Even better!  You have some equity coming into the project making
this a better scenario for the bank. While it is not required,  owning the
land up front does make it a little qualifying much easier.

Q. How Long Do I Have To Finish?
A. Construction time lines are from 6 - 24 months. It is better to have
time left than to exceed your agreed build time.

A.  Sure. The only type of home not qualified is a non- owner occupied, investment home.

Q. How do I get the Money?
A. All disbursements are done as 'draws'.  The draw is submitted and approved. You will
always want to be thinking ahead.  By dispersing the money this way, you actually save in
interest charges.  You are only charged interest on the money you have actually received.
